| I don't swear by it since it's the only diet I've ever used, but I use the BML diet.  | |

Mine's not mentioned... it's extremely complicated though... and it requires daily preparation: which most people aren't fond of Lots of visits to USDA website to calculate Calcium to Phosphorous ratios and the percentages of certain vitamins and minerals contained therein, supplements, and bugs/protein source. I call it: FOOD!  | |
